    Blimey! It used to be a Rochdale old pals act and it is looking now to turn into a Manchester United old pals act. I think I know which I would prefer and Appleton deserves a better chance than he had at Portsmouth, Blackburn and Blackpool. Fox started at Man U as well.

    Would be shocking management to sack a man who kept us up last season and replace him with somebody as bad as Hill. Flicker still has a few games to turn it around for me and should be given the chance. Bring on Reading and QPR this week and let's have a look at the sitaution next weekend when there is an international break for two weeks. Knowing Reds, we'll get four points and 'everything little thing is gunna be alright' will be tuned out from the Ponty End.
