    That's a poor analogy as it is incomplete. A better option would be:

    "It's like buying a cinema ticket to see Grease and complaining that you were shown Grease II instead".

    Which I believe was the point @ringo was trying to make.

    my point is you should be buying a season ticket to watch Barnsley play for the season. I got mind as I do every year because I enjoy going and watching Barnsley each week.

    people buying a season ticket and then moaning about changes are stupid. I knew full well we’d buy and sell players this summer and I know full well it will be the same in January. I also knew Val would leave at some point whether that was this summer to West Brom or sacked in November after losing 5 on the trot.

    if people bought a season ticket expecting to keep this group together and pick up where they left then more fool them!

    It's extremely odd their departure wasn't officially announced at the same time as Ismael.

    I'd expect Schopp has brought some coaches in too, and thats not been confirmed yet either.

    Maybe compensation hasn't been agreed yet. Though you'd think that would be written into contracts.

    Think Schopp is bringing his assistant with him from a report I saw the other day. Murray will also rock up at WBA in the next few weeks I reckon. Look at WBA coaching staff and they only employ 2 members of staff currently.
