Totally disagree. The video of the incidents been shown enough times in slow motion for me to see what's gone on. The ball's at the other side of Van Persie when Adebayor stamped on him, definetely intentional. He was know where near the ball and he deserves everything that's thrown at him.
How can it be right? It was deliberately provocative, especially when you see the scenes at Upton Park the other week. Not condoning it in the slightest but I wouldn't have felt sorry for him if he'd have been the one knocked unconscience, not the steward. I'd be personally asking for a bit of stick every week if I was getting upwards of 75k a week.
