Where The ones in ponty end up against wall blocking emergency exit into pitch

 

The ones in the East Stand near me were blocking the the gaps in the wall, but to be fair those gaps in the wall are where the exit stairs are anyway, so you’d still be able to exit the stadium

 

That's because the stands were built below pitch level, highlighted by the picture above.

I hope the big news is a new stadium, it'll solve all our problems

 

They're 'blocking' the emergency exit onto the pitch yes but directly in front of each gap in the all is a section of the advertising boards that's designed to pop out or collapse in an emergency situation. So while they're in front of the wall they aren't creating an obstacle

 

The section under the arrow when you sit down, the pitch is at chest height. The seats need taking out, they're not worth selling - now useless with the boards.
