Advice for a night out in Barnsley

I like all pubs that serve beer

 

I like Blah and the beer in the gatehouse, largely speaking

as blah is often crammed with attractive females but not without several mongrels and the prerequisite number of chavs. Does a nice though expensive pint of Kronenburg.</p>

and Gatehouse serves a decent pint although I had a pint of Acorn Barnsley Bitter last night that truly was rancid. (landlord swapped it mindsthi though without admitting there was owt wrong - giving me some flannel that the Camra members at the bar had been supping it all night when in fact they had not)and its full of old blokes with beards.</p>

 

Party, Poncy or Pikey

It's a **** pub in a **** part of town with **** decor, **** music and a miserable Wendy landllord.
