and what if you are unable to queue? are you saying its tough? Do you not think that in this day and age is absolutly disgusting that the customer has to put in all the effort, rearrange their life and clear an entire day (or two) just to buy a product? I was always tought that a business should put its customers first. Make things as easy as possible for your customers and you will get happy, loyal customers. Make it hard for them and they will become unhappy and disloyal.
