    Haha yeah I literally would have been hospitalised had I carried on. Just pissed off I didn't wear trainers, think I'd have made it. Lesson learned for the next one!

    Crutches and ibuprofen. Knackered tendon. Few days working from home and get out of walking the dog so net gain there I reckon.
