Re did the AA route planner now it comes up as 246 miles. Musta had finger trouble first time around.

Google maps currently showing 153 miles/3hr 35 min. It obviously depends when you put the search in. Different times of day, variation of the route for different reasons, live traffic information

I spent a couple of years working in Stevenage. grew to like the place. Old Town was OK on a night. Stadium v small.
From memory they try to take football traffic off at the first junction (Stevenage N) but if you carry on to the next one, South & Central, 1st exit left, right at the next roundabout in 1/4 mile.

Course it does….if you stick to A or B roads but who wants to do that? Mind you, some people might think a rural jaunt to Stevenage a proper treat on a Saturday

I reckon it might struggle to thaw. Freezing all tonight, tomorrow is same as today and there's been no thawing. Friday night goes down to freezing again and Saturday morning is only about 3 or 4c, again not sufficient to fully thaw in just a few hours.

Probably not because they’re scared to play us during our hot winning streak, especially away.

Cheltenham v Carlisle and Mansfield v Sutton both off already due to frozen pitches.
Both are 110ish miles from Stevenage, so there's no relevance in this, just sayin :D
