    He had a settled, winning side from which 4 regulars were sold or not resigned within a month. It transpires that none of the players who were brought in at the same time are ready yet (regardless of whether you think they ultimately will be) to be regulars, with the exception of James, a loanee. So what's the manager supposed to do? He's rightly trying to find a winning formula when he hasn't got eleven players who are ready yet to be championship regulars. How you can criticise the manager for that I've no idea.

    Yes but chopping and changing every game like he was, I just couldnt understand that. What are we meant to learn from one game to the next when there was no consistency at all.
    How many times for example did he pick Hammill and drop Kent, then he changed it yet again the next match, and so on. What was that meant to do for the players form and confidence ?
