    We can’t attract someone who is managing a reserve team. We will not appoint anyone who has managed at L1 level or above guaranteed. It will be someone from L2 or non-league, overseas or a complete rookie

    I'd rather have a younger up-and-coming coach like Williamson to be honest.

    I have been a little dubious of Williamson too but that appointment would excite me more than Neil.
