    Not saying there needs to be a full statement. Something on social media saying X number of tickets left, along with something along the lines of 'working on securing extra capacity'/'there will be no extra tickets going on sale'. It's not hard to tell people what is going on, shouldn't need to leave people making assumptions with some decent comms. As it is, tickets have been sold out for 2 hours, and the club haven't stated either way on what is happening.
