    Scored one in two for Solihull Moors who are a good National League side. It's a gamble but I'd say it's a similar record to that of Norwood when he was playing at that level plus he's only 24 so maybe scope for improvement.
    Not a bad option if the price is right. Not a Sam Winnall type buy either I'm afraid.

    Agree with you, might need time to adjust to league one but certainly worth a punt, could well turn into a very good striker for us further down the line and if it fails it won’t have cost us much

    Not wanting to put a downer on things but got a mate who has a season ticket at Solihull. His take: "you seriously interested? Blimey. Definitely not a league 1 striker. He would be **** at your level. He is average in our league "

    I also saw Solihull twice last season, once v Boreham Wood who almost got to playoff final. Standard was terrible.....

    Well I reckon the standard of the league is the same as when Norwood was in it. Not encouraging what your mate says though I guess. Anyway I'm taking it that our interest is no more than a rumour.
    I'd still put more stock in his goalscoring stats than another striker we have in our ranks though.

    We deffo need two strikers who are first team capable. Norwood and Cole are great options obviously but Jalo has got some developing to do. He’ll be in and out a bit more this coming season but deffo need two more. Also expect Oli Shaw, Josiah Dyer and Aidan Marsh to get minutes.

    Joey Dawson would be an exceptional signing from Celtic. Scores goals for fun and the type of loan signing we should be using. Abu Kamara from Norwich would also be worth a shout.
