Why oh why oh why can't you face up to it. First, try and overcome your feelings of inadequacy. Ok getting somewhere with the ladies is like getting somewhere at football, you have to build a reltionship in the same way as you build a team. We want a longstanding relationship and not a one night stand with the Prem (not that you could manage a one night stand with your issues though). Try not to rush things, you're probably frightening the girls off with trying to rush things (and being really sweaty too, of course). Relax and enjoy the ride (not that you've ever had one ff )
