Whether it was harsh or not if that foul was made on Hammill we'd be asking for it all day.

No need to make the tackle Robbo had it covered.

I can see us conceding 75 plus goals this season.

I personally thought it was daft and gave the ref a decision to make which he was always going to give in their favour. Once he's past you especially when entering the box just leave him, nothing to be gained whatsoever.

I agree if it happens to hammill we would have been asking for it just said it looked harsh. I wasn't there only seen it on highlights.

And you make that judgement from one game.

Looks like the BBS has found its new scapegoat.

I bet you're making a judgement that we won't. From one game.

Looks that way few players miss sitters at other end but we focus on the lad who was unlucky to give a pen away. Mawson made mistake after mistake last season and now people on this board believe he is worth 5-10 million give the lad a chance.

I haven't made any judgement too early to say how many goals we will concede.

Well for one, you were comparing him to Jean Yves M'voto after one friendly, in a game where I personally thought he was our stand out player.

He has an iffy game at a level he's never played at before and the knives are out.

Give the lad a chance. We've spent a couple of seasons chasing him so the club obviously have seen enough if him to think he's good enough.

This board always seems to need a scapegoat, and we've seemingly been without one since George Smith and Ben Pearson dropped out of the team at Christmas time.

I remember you saying you didn't think Marley Watkins would make it.

    It's just a prediction.

I think it would have been an easier transition into L1 for Yiadom doesn't mean he can't step up but away from home if we are playing 2 upfront I'd be looking for a more defensively minded right back. Ideal for high intensity home games though.

Any need for the insults? Why not just make your points without them and make the world a happier place.

If I remember rightly, it was a question proposed to us by a poster (judging by the fact that you can remember it, I'm guessing it was you) of the players we had last season, who did we think wouldn't last the season.

I said Marley Watkins before even seeing him play, purely based on the fact that I couldn't really give an honest answer, and Watkins was the one signing we made last summer I had reservations about, although I didn't choose to voice my concerns over signing a player from the SPL, as I thought I'd give him a chance.

As soon as I saw the lad play, I knew I was wrong.

    Hardly the same thing.

And I'm predicting that Yiadom will give us similar moments to M'voto.

Moments of brilliance and moments of disaster.

It didnt take him long he did it in his first match.

Looked full of energy and enthusiasm going forward but a lot to work on positionally.
