    always reminds me of the chart show on ch4

    they constantly seemed to be one of the featured vids on the 'indie' chart rundown

    style council must be due a revival

    they made some corking pop tunes between 83-86,started to listen to them a lot lately,forgot how good they were till recently,they always seem to get wrote off as *****,compared to the jam and wellers solo stuff.

    So a bit shoe gazy with lots of spirally guitar ... but then I was a bit of a shoe gazing freak with a rocky edge

    At the time NME tipped them for big things, I bought both their EPs and then they disappeared. I still remeber them despite not having a record player and only having their stuff on vinyl.

    Now I have them in my iTunes library ... and now I'm off to find some Lush
