Was just a joke mate. But your comparing him to victor which I think is abit insulting to him, he looks promising in the cup scored some good goals, come on and effected games in league one, attracted intrest from top clubs. Something victor never did at 17/18 or did he?

 

Vic was on loan at margate and Soham town rangers at 18. I imagine jalo would fill his boots playing teams like that now.

 

I remember the Orient bit but thought he was a tad younger when he joined us. Am obviously mistaken. Likewise there is a good chance I'm wrong about his scoring record in the academy and am confusing him with somebody prolific there.

 

The games littered with players who are prolific at junior level that don't go on to do it at senior level. Let's hope Jalo isn't one but there's no way of telling other than to play him and see I suspect as others have said next season going to be when we find out.

 

Vic scored 18 in 11 games for our 23s in 17/18 season so your memory is fine. That was his first season with the club.

 

Whilst I can see the clamber for Jalo. I can also see that he’s not quite ready. Which I think our management team also see otherwise he would be starting already. If you are good enough you are old enough etc.
