    Agreed. It's all fun and games as long as we're at the top of the chain, but I'm sure everybody would see it differently if they still owned Nice and half our players got transferred there every summer.

    I thought this could refer to Solly or Mowatt. I appreciate if we don't go up we'll lose Mowatt. Solly surely needs an offer. Even if we go up he would be useful, but if we don't & lose one of the CBs he'd be essential in getting us to regroup.

    It opens up the possibility that decisions get made "for the greater good" of their portfolio, which might not always be in the best interests of individual clubs.

    I would imagine the owners will be looking to sell us if we do go up. That's why so many other championship owners gamble to try and get to the premier league so that a huge profit can be made on the club.

    These owners bought us for around 10 million if I remember correctly. If we go up they could sell us for at least 5 times that.
