agreed

Kay isn't bigger than the club , but is more respected throughout the club than SD.

Kay should be club captain.I want to hear his opinion and so should SD and the club. To oustKay at this point in the season is just wrong. He's Tarn through and through and should be at the center of the relagation battle.Fair do's he isn't a world beater but he is the best C/H we have at the club imo.

    Did it?

No home win between Colchester at home and Wolves at home?
4 points from his last 10 games?
Worst sequence of away results in living memory?

I'm fully behind the club and I won't stop supporting them

I'm just very unhappy with who's in charge, the way things are being ran, and the happiness of the squad.

    Promotion

    team spirit
    good football

As I said in a previous post, I'm confident AR would've kept us up.

My point is many people are not happy at work - but they still go and try

some of the players need to wake up and get in the real world

    thing is

Regardless of whos in charge the players should be giving their all every time they are asked to do so.
#if they cannot due this then i suggest that they venture out and explain that they are getting paid extortionate amounts of money but dont want to laik and see how hairy arse ex pit dweller takes exception to them.

My point is Davey has ruined the team spirit in weeks

No wonder so many are unhappy.

So you think AR would have kept us up even though we lost our best player McIndoe?

What did Ritchie do this season to suggest to you that he would have kept us up?

He couldn't be seen to be doing anything.

    and there is discipline now?

to have discipline you need respect, which is lacking with regards to Simon Davey. This lack of respect is not misplaced, it is correct and understandable because SD comes up with one, often very poor, set of tactics per game and is completely incapable of changing things around when needed (like when you go 2-0 in about five minutes).

was never a big player so gets no automatic respect (a la Paul Ince) and has done nothing as a manager, I actually feel a little sorry for him because no manager should start their proper career in the championship, and Mr. Davey is proof of that.

Kay is by a long way the best centre half we have, he has been at the club longer than anyone in the current setup and that should earn him respect and the armband. When Kay is on his game, which he has not been in the last few games but any player has a bad spell, he orders people about way more than Paul Reid ever does, and when PR does he just flaps his arms after something has gone wrong having done little to prevent it.

Kay is a credit to us and our academy, and should be treated as such.

    I suppose...

He could've bought Dwayne Mattis and all would've been well?

Team spirit can go a long way

And I'm certain with his style of football we could've murdered the likes of QPR away...did you go?

you do not know that mcindoe would have jumped ship if Ritchie had stayed in charge

When the offer for him came in he might have thought same as constantine.
