It wasn't a political post, its being reported because he's bit of a nut-jack who just happens to be the brother of Jezza. I didn't bring Jezza into it so no need to be so sensitive.

    That wasn't my intention, actually.

I can't stand Jezza, so I certainly wouldn't get offended by someone bringing him up.

I just found it funny that there was a legitimate reason to bring up a Corbyn, following the months of "But what about Corbyn" posts on here.

Bill Gates, well his foundation is linked to donations to IPL the college behind the now totally discredited modelling as well as being linked to a number of top UK medical professionals either directly or in directly.

The same foundation has also made considerable donations to the beeb...

He has been savaged this week in the Italian parliament as well but I don’t know enough about the Italian system as to wether the politician was a nut job or highly respected.

Anyway, while going off at a tangent looking at websites.. I found this beast

Is this the Bill Gates that is the WHO's second or third highest funder?
The Bill Gates who donated 10 billion to vaccine research in 2010?
    That Bill Gates?
I await your attacks on WHO as pro China pro Commie.

Disingenuous, to say the least. 'The beeb', the actual broadcaster, receives precisely zip from Gates' foundation. That is funded entirely by the licence fee and revenue from overseas sales. An independent charity, BBC Media Action depends entirely on sponsorship from third-party benefactors, amongst them, the Gates' foundation. It receives nothing whatsoever from the licence fee or overseas sales revenue.

Here's the full breakdown, just in case anyone thinks Gates is responsible for another series of Bargain Hunt....

It's amazing how staunch conservatives always seem to have a problem with philanthropists. Perhaps they're aware that philanthropy puts their own beliefs in a bad light.
