Anti-relegation cheering up tactics?

    Pretty similar looking after a friends dog for a few days so took him out for a walk for the first half just kept an eye on the score on my phone
    back for second half but still didn't listen then been out for alonger walk just sitting down with a nice glass of red wine and thinking about what we are going to eat tonight

    I wouldn't say I needed cheering up, thought I'd be gutted but subconsciously I must've known that this outcome was inevitable.

    I'll be getting drunk though just in case there's a delayed reaction.
