Use this site to track prices. You can set up email alerts if the price drops to your target price. Managed to bag £85 trainers the other week for £34 (set up alert on £45). Amazon prices are all over depending on stock and time of year.

 

I know the Bose badge carries a bit of weight but if you're going to be spending a couple of hundred quid then I'd go to a Richer Sounds shop and look (listen) to the Cambridge Audio stuff, I believe they have some speakers which have Airplay (which is basically just Apple's marketing term for the fact that it just uses your WiFi network) so the range is going to be a lot better than Bluetooth.
