    Correct on both counts

My point about the full time/ part time irrelevance was in regards to employee statutory rights and employer statutory obligations. In other words , the fact that an employee is full time or part time is irrelevant - they are both protected by European Employment Law .
However , my initial post was neither clear with this issue nor well written and for that I apologise.

    Don't do it again.

Just as long as folk think on that it's still all pro rata and they don't have to just do a couple of hours a day 2 days a week to get 20 days off.</p>

    RE: Whats the fuss about?

It's not the flies she tries to catch - it's what's in them. Not that I'm at all familiar with her work needless to say.

Then she'd dribble and surely a certain amount of gob closure would be needed for required 'contact'.

Basically false hair, false boobs, stretch marks, camel toe.... men who can understand em?

    But...

I'm sure her "technique" would overcome the potential mouth problems.

Know where you're coming from with the false stuff and have to agree. Not my cup of tea.

    RE: But...

Then I obviously married the wrong welsh bloke! Having a hubby who didnt mind a few stretch marks and a bit of camel toe woulda
saved me some recent grief. That or finding a new husband woulda been easier & certainly less painful!!!

    Oh dear

Don't worry, I don't think she's competing with you for anyone so you're alright.

    Obviously.

You must have, there's better Welshman about, lol.

Stretch marks don't bother me, I'm of much the same opinion as Costas in "Shirley Valentine".

After you've been married a while they can be quite interesting during "intimate" moments tbh. I try to join them up to form unusual shapes. Last week, I'm positive they showed a road map of France.

And a camel toe is infinately better to look at than a set of saggy pants.

Wonderful how this has transformed from the original question on holiday entitlement :D

    Once you've worked it out...

... do you subtract the amount of time you spend on here?
