    ahhh! you've been "prince two'd" good one, I tried to not get that terminology in so I don't conf

    But yes,

    I have to do

    Mandate/Brief
    PID
    Project Plan
    Issues/Risks and Control etc
    Then Manage
    and most importantly, even do half myself


    So, shambolic really!

    Don't need a comms plan to communicate with myself now do I.....

    brilliant knowing someone else does it too...

    best thing is, the first thing I learnt was that on Prince 2, you have suppliers, project managers blah blah... and these should really be seperate people, only I cover just about them all.

    Blatent use of the words "how can I manage and Do at the same time" have been "raised", and basically been told, well theres no one else that can do it...

    So....

    They get what they are given, and when I am ready. (set by my own deadlines and tollerance levels :eek: )
