    got to agree Ritchie should pick the players not shepherd thats what managers do.

    So now we've gone to "relatively young". If you go on to say in-experienced (and it shows) then I'll agree with you but at his age it's stretching it a bit to call him a young manager. Brian Clough had had more than 10years experience as a manager by the time he was 46 and the likes of Chris Coleman and Adie Boothroyd will have as well.
