    Good to see us actually holding on to the catches this time. Don't want to go to bed now - would like to see them all out for less than 225 before I do. Oh, and I'm not on drugs either........

    Aye we're doing OK so far, long way to go though, as you say we need to restrict them to 225 to 250 to be in with a chance, especially batting last.

    Anyway off to take my drugs now.

    Yeah, not quite sure why someone has to make such nasty comments. If you have no interest in the subject matter, why view the thread? There's no need to be spiteful, IMO.

    Anyway, back to the drugs for me too.........

    Just got up and seen the team, same old! what do you NOT have to do to get dropped from this team, batsmen don't score runs match after match bowlers get carted all over the field showing in the large very little penetration changes are promised and all they do is drop Monty the sacrificial lamb.
    But sadly all too predictable! Not saying there should have been wholesale changes but all a bit depressingly familiar really!

    Scoreboard seems decent but they've scored at a decent rate.
    Smith of all people to get a decent score.

    They'll go on to post 450 plus, having had them at 143-5. Then they'll knock us over for under 250. Then we'll all say again, how awful we are.

    Yep, let them off the hook (again). Looking like too big a total now, and they have momentum. The pressure will be too much for our mentally fragile batsmen and we'll probably fold cheaply when we bat (again). Bye Bye Ashes, it was good while it lasted.
