Now I'm not saying Odejayi is a fantastic player because he can't score but we keep going on about not creating chances for strikers
but Odejayi has had more chances this season than any other player unfortunatly he misses them. How many other players have found them selfs one on one so many times.

He will be a gamble but he has got time on his hands if he does need time to adjust. Can't deny that he has shown potential though, that is why there are other clubs interested too. Like I said if we don't pay it others will and if he does adjust, and quickly, some will be saying "why didn't we gamble on him, he was worth a gamble....". He can't be any worse than some of the strikers we have here. I think he will improve the squad.

    If he signs.

They did offer him a new contract but he turned it down.

Scnuthorpe do very well with their striker signings

Martin Paterson bought for £150,000 sold for over a Million
Andy Keogh bought for £50,000 sold for £600,000
Gary Hooper bought for £175,000 worth over £500,000 already and only 20 years old

if Ward lives upto his potential it'll be 400k well spent and we'll all be as happy as a puff with two arseholes.
