You bum hole. When you have your first child it has a remarkable way of focusing the mind on your career. Before your first baby, what you do is about you, just suiting yourself - you can walk away if you want, do something else. After your first baby you need the money more than ever, you need a career with development, you need to prove yourself so that you have long term financial future SO YOU CAN PROVIDE for this helpless dependent soul that you are now responsible for. The last thing you want to do is jeopardise your job.

The point I was making is that to start slagging someone off to their employer, particularly when not knowing all the facts, is a pretty irresponsible thing to do and not something you would like done to you.
