    I think SM MAY or MAY NOT be under the impression, that all the applications he MAY or MAY NOT be part of will be refused (the whole application), because there MAY or MAY NOT be duplicate entries in every one of them.

    But what happens if the photo is actually of a non season ticket holder? twin brothers and sisters who are not ST holders could cause mayhem.
