    In response to your silly question, get a life, Ritchie is the man that can take us up even through the playoffs, its people like you whether you winding up or nor that should go 17 mile down the road to lackofskillsborough,

    Devaney - getting better rated him since day 1

    Shuker - workrate lot better than Conlon not hard though

    Richards - only get better

    Hayes - jury still out might take him another season but midfield getting the goals anyway

    Nardiello - get him out of the "Im an ex Scumchester player" thinking mode then he might get somewhere next season, Ritchie doing the right thing not playing him just needs to be up front and tell him he's in League 1 not the premiership now

    Never heard such a load of hogwash in my born days.

    1st managr thats inpired and motivated the players since Bassett.

    Get yer head round the facts.

    We are an average 3rd division team with average third division players.
    We are in a play off place without ever having got into top gear
    The 'Glory Years' and the income from then has gone.
    We are running at a loss and its only courtesy of PC that we have a club.
    Success comes to teams who have settled management unless you're Chelski

    In the above conditions its my opinion that sacking Ritchie would be a huge error of judgement. It would cost unneccessary severance pay, would unsettle the squad, a new manager would want to dismatle and rebuild AGAIN. This one fact is the reason for the fall of the club into both admin and this division.
