    no natural footfall whatsoever, next to the lower courthouse car park. apart from the smackheads going to the courthouse. no one is discouraging anyone from doing anything. the international markets are about encouraging trade & diversity. apologies if it disrupts traffic from poundland, greggs and sports direct. but there's bigger fish to fry.

    Same as usual with Barnsley Council they had an event there that brought thousands of people into the town over the 3 or 4 days it was running, but 1st they made them use the council issue tubular steel stands instead of their own decorative wooden affairs and then tried their best to run it down and when they thought they'ed succeeded cancelled it "because visitor numbers were falling"
