Anyone on here been to Malta?

The Radisson is a lovely place, part of it is timeshare , but the facilities are excellent.

It was used by the Commonwealth conference, all the heads of state from around the Commonwealth stayed there before it was opened for business.
The Gladiator film was partly made there, ( I think it was that film, might have been Troy) Thats how the Hotel got built, the old hotel was flattened so it did not get in the shots and they built a new one for them.
It is very easy to get around the island by bus and cheap too. Not many sandy beaches on the island so you will be on one of the few.
Try the local beers, Cisk for a lager type and Hopleaf for a bitter.
