I'm trying to watch it now on 4OD but the Confused.com advert has completely freaked me out. Such are the dangers of catch up television. :(

Just watched it. British drame just isn't in the same league as the US stuff these days.

    Is the acting deliberately bad?

Got to disagree. Really enjoyed it.

The likes of Luther are up there with what comes out of the US. And I imagine for half the money. Boardwalk has a budget similar to that of a block buster.

Well into this now. Although I spent most of the second episode racking my brain to try and figure out who the creepy hitman reminded me of. I finally realised it's Tubes from Soccer AM

    'Have you seen Utopia?'
    'No Dyson, what's it about?'
'It's about these 4 people who have seen this graphic novel and someone wants to kill them all'.
    'F.ck that'.

How do you explain it so it doesn't sound proper ****?

Haven't seen the second episode yet. Recorded it last night as I went to the John Dennis evening. Is it as good?

I think I enjoyed it more than the first episode, if only because I'm now slightly more confident it isn't going to disappear up its own arse like Lost did.
