I've heard he's left to play Kryten in the next series of Red Dwarf, so that they can save on prosthetics.
I don't, they were disgusting towards Kean, when really he wasn't doing too much wrong. The problem at Blackburn is the owners who know nothing about football.
Can't work out if that's good or bad news for us. No ones hit the ground running with them so I'm hoping they're not going to go on a run like we did when Flicker took over.
Bowyer, (not Lee! hah!) has taken over as he did when Berg was sacked. He did a half decent job apparently...
About time too. He's been there for ages. From the BBC report (http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21843906): Shortest managerial spells •Leroy Rosenior - Torquay (10 minutes, 2007)
Re: About time too. He's been there for ages. Wonder what he did in that ten minutes? I can only imagine as soon as he signed the contract he bent the chairman's wife over the desk and gave her one.
Re: About time too. He's been there for ages. Sounds like the club was taken over pretty much during his press conference: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/t/torquay_united/6675217.stm
Serves him right. It was always on the cards, a club run by chicken-shaped muppets. What manager would want to go there now? I genuinely hope that everyone they approach turns them down.
I see Darren Moore has been released - offer him a contract to come back to the club in a coach capacity?
They do right, because Appleton has always acted entirely ethically through his caree..... oh, hang on.
Keen was doing a good job there having them challenging for promotion. Should never have been sacked.
