    Had my first Mince pie today. But it’s really far too early to be thinking about Xmas other than long distance planning. As for decorations trees etc. not till December

    I think I like the run up more than the actual event these days.

    To be honest it's a horrible time of year for me, err maybe lol.
    But yeah I understand those with priorities (those who have families who do care, and who do keep in touch more).
    But my original point is it's about the Christmas time and how early should it be advertised, in the media and in the shopping markets etc!. :eek:

    Hey, here's how tv Christmas looked like and felt, all the way back in 1981!. :rolleyes:
    We came up from the Third Division (League One) that year with Rotherham. And we/England also qualified for the Spain '82 World cup, and a belated thank you and respect, to Paul Mariner.
    Just look at these tacky looking Bbc tv memories ehh, it brings back so many good and bad and weird memories. :)
