Corporate tickets are not automatically club wembley tickets. Do not get them confused. Many club wembley tickets are taken up by individuals who only want to go to england/big games and not by corporates. Otherwise I think you would see more of club wembley tickets taken up, remember the fiasco of the championship playoffs last year, hardly any club wembley tickets taken, but the clubs could not sell them
33,000 across the board i'm lead to belive,my mate the city fan said ninian park was infested with campers and a lot of unhappy season ticket holders not being able to get tickets.on sunday he queded 4 5hrs with hull stub when he came away he estimated around 3,000 would be dissapionted. relatives at pompey simular experiences. it would appear barnsley seemed to get it right in a fashion.lets face it there will be people with tickets who av never seen barnsley play and that fecks me off what about the poor sods who turn up week after week home and away.
What actually happened... ...is that Cardiff sold their reserved staff tickets to Hull ticket stub holders on sunday, then replaced the reserved staff tickets with the extra allocation received from the FA. http://www.cardiffcityfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10335~1278551,00.html
But still, corporate seats in the middle of the barnsley fans? Dangerous, these could be fans of any club sat in with us. As for the club wembley fiasco, well that could quite easily have been avoided completly with a little forward thinking. Unfortunatly the FA again showed it wasn't fit to run english football and showed no forward thinking.
