No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.
    I've already been approached.

I have a hat, I can point, and I have a Ford Fiesta (95-01) Service and Repair Manual, so I'm in with a shot.

I&acute;ve been doing it for a year now and I&acute;m almost finished, I&acute;ve just got one week left. I&acute;ve already done my coaching badges and management is something I have always wanted to do. It helps with things at board room level. It&acute;s another option for when my playing days are over. You never know what might happen and I&acute;d rather be in a position to choose what I want to do when I finish.</span></p>

But the next man wouldn't be worse if we picked someone with a bit of nouse

How could we get any worse??? and don't say relegation, coz we aren't safe yet

Paul Ince, get him in, had the pleasure of being in the same room as Incey after Blackburn beat Mackems in Carling Cup, during press conference

He comes across very well, talks sense and is the guvnor. Played and captained the national side, has played for 3 of Europes biggest clubs

    GET HIM IN NOW

And before you say "he wouldn't come to Barnsley" ******. He took Macclesfield and MK job, we are massive compared to them two, it would be a great club for him to take on and take to next level

Who would have thought Keano would have gone to Ipswich?

He HASN'T achieved the minimum yet ....

...'subject to us getting a point'</p>

this is not going to be a tea party... we HAVE TO earn the point on Sunday as I feel that Norwich will get the win they need. Let's wait forthe inquest into Davey until after the season has ended as we couldvery easily end up with egg on our faces.</p>

Ince's supposed 'robust' character - how would that fit in with Cryne, Taylor and Rowing ?</p>

What about if Ince decided he wanted to have a greater say in how the Academy is ran ? how would that work with Branson and Hancock ?</p>

Any new manager in my opinion needs to look at the whole club, rather than just grab an opportunity to manage.

I'd like to imagine we could get him...

Like you say, he started at Macc Town and went to MK Dons. Both hardly likely to swell his bank balance that much or have pots of cash to spend.

It would also raise the profile of the club, something we could do with, I'm sure.

The question is, could the Oakwell setup cope with Ince? A man with his own ideas and methods?

    No.

And that isn't his brief. The previous manager was sacked for thinking it was his brief.

    Agreed...

Start by issuing P45's all round.

For me the manager we have next season, Davey or not, needs to take a more active role in the Academy and we need to shore it up with some experienced ex pro coaches.

In year's gone by, the Intermediates (as was) used to mirror the system played by the first team, so much so that if they got their chance, they knew their jobs and could perform.

I think it'd fit in perfectly

But then I think Nurse Gladys is the sexiest woman ever.

Who is the Oakwell setup? Anyone specific?

It appears to me we are complete rudderless ship, we don't even have a proper bloody chairman!!!

What the hell is going on?

Get Ince in and let him do what the hell he likes

I'd fall off my setee if he turned us down if he had no other job offers, we aren't in debt, got a potential average attendence of 12'000, a good squad of players that just need playing in right position and pulling together.
