Some coppers smashed my door in last week

Looking for my lodger who it turned out hadn't done owt. No answer when they knocked so they saw fit to smash the door in even though there was no one in. Cannot stand them.

Went to the station and was told I had to write a letter. Got a reply yesterday saying it's being looked in to.
They smashed it in on a unproven assault claim from an ex girlfriend who he hadn't touched. Hardly the thing to smash a door in for is it?

Was it very soon after the alleged assault? Maybe they were after evidence of his condition. Good luck with the door, I think it's wrong that you should have to chase it up.</p>

Yes it was the same day. They ended up phoning him after getting hold of his mobile number and he went to the station to sort it out.
