Law is that if you perceive an offence against you (i.e. threats, abuse, assault) to be racially or religiously motivated then it is.

 

I dont think it is possible for ME to be racially upset,? I have been to scotland and felt the dislike/ Hatered for the English... that didnt bother me I havent been called any name that have offended me...i`m not stupid so there fore insulting my lack of relegion doesnt offend me.. Ergo....as a sensible white middle middle aged, married,hetro sexual, Briton,It is not psssible for me to be racially insulted.....
