I wouldn't rule out a left field appointment (for them) as our next head coach. A new one was appointed at Nancy last month and they've departed from their usual type of candidate. Albert Cartier is an ex-Nancy player and has 20 years managerial experience, including rescuing local rivals Metz from the 3rd tier and taking them straight up to the 1st. They won his first game, but have had some bad defeats since. The investment group at Nancy is a bit different to BFC though. Chien Lee and Paul Conway are involved, but they are in association with Randy Frankel and Michael Kalt of Partners Path Capital and Krishen Sud. Lee, Conway, Kalt and Frankel are on the board of directors. Partners Path Capital are also their associates at Oostende, Esbjerg and Den Bosch.
