I spoke to him before the Blackpool home game last season. He asked me what I thought the score would be. I told him I was nervous and didn't want to jinx us so wouldn't be making a prediction. He told me not to worry and the boys would do the business.

 

I do find the model and balancing act fascinating.
Also the skill involved in identifiying these players.
Plus the commitment of the board to back the recruitment.
I was fascinated to see who the experienced player(s) were going to be.
I do think what we have will worry our opponents.
They can't know what to expect, I don't know what to expect either, I do see goals and excitement though.

 

It's great he is so approachable and makes time for us the supporters.
Remember him being as excited as I was that Pinnock was fit to play against Cardiff away when we lost 2-1
