Yup. Same usually applies for any Live Sky games too. Armchair fans watch and confirm to themselves that they were right not to buy a season ticket after watching it.
Interesting that some seem to think the attendance will be less than the amount of tickets we've actually sold.
It’s over 11000 ST holders + 1700 from Coventry + gives a starting point of 12700 so it has to be more than that add say 1500 bought in advance and you get to somewhere between 14k and 15k I’m gong for 14300 and am sure I will be less than 1000 out
Already their. Never this early. Been to the sandwhich shop near the ground and had a nice walk round the place. Pub time it is. You reds
And that’s why it’s all ticket. With 50% capacity in West Stand, home areas are nearly full now. It was to be expected with the first game back tbf.
Dunno, wasn't there today, I agree though it didn't look rammed... I was just going off the figure Sky stated.
of course it counts ST holders who werent there like me and my Dad. Still dont believe that figure though. What was announced in the ground and how many away fans ?
it says 14000 on the official site - but I dont think thats an exact figure - was it announced at the ground
Pretty sure that’s wrong the figure in the official report says 14000 which is in line with what I was expecting 17000 isn’t possible with half the West closed and only 1700 away fans
Having experienced todays events, I think the club also thought less people would turn up than tickets sold.
