Got them all on DVD, absolutely love it.

Along with Only Fools and Horses, the best two programmes ever on TV for me.

Add a couple more - The Beiderbecke Trilogy and Boys from the Blackstuff.

All the Beiderbecke stories were quirky and touching on the weird in parts but brilliantly written by Alan Plater. Trevor Chaplin and Jill Swinburne - police intelligence subjects 1 and 2. Bonkers and very, very funny. As good a piece of work from James Bolam as the Likely Lads, I think.
Blackstuff - something else entirely. Bleak, dangerous and funny all rolled together. Gissajob! I can do that!

I once heard a program advertised and I thought it was BIG GAME HUNTERS, I like a bit of discovery so tuned in!

Only to discover BIG GAY MUNTERS wasn't what I was expecting! Still watched it like! Still a bit scarred by the whole experience (pardon the pun)
