    Re: I agree

Glad to hear she's doing well, despite a few ups and downs. That miserable sod Doddy has asked about having a pint with you and me sometime. We can discuss whether we will be relegated in December, January or February. If happy clappers are invited I'll come too, some time after the first match though as apparently he will be loitering within a tent until then.

Not so sure the 'doom and gloom' b ods are the problem.

The problem is the people who hang on to the fact that because we've played at the 2nd tier of football in England for so long (mainly prior to the skewed game it is now due to money) that we somehow have a 'right' to play at this level - why ?

We have small crowds, **** all money and compare that to most other Champ level clubs and see where we are heading - all other considerations notwithstanding.

We can argue all day long about the reasons and I personally hold the money *****ed on Davey/Robins profligacy, coupled with what I see as the appalling treatment of Ritchie and Holden coupled with the absolute inertia eminating from oakwell at the minute and we've ended up with what we (the club) deserve.

Fans with pressured budgets cannot and will not subscribe to 'let's avoid relegation' as a rallying call. The membership scheme which allows us to charge away fans extra for minimal benefit to our own support allied to a ludicrous category scheme - ended this season and replaced with prohibitive matchday pricing gives no sign to me that crowds will increase without a massive turnaround in fortunes on the pitch - our business plan seems to be hoping that Hill and Fltcroft polish enough turds to somehow get us up the league,

We as fans need to wake up - without a Euromillions winner being a massive Reds fan we ain't going anywhere because the will and ability to drive the club forwards isn't there in my opinion other than with Hill and Flitcroft - I feel sorry for those two as they are trying to swim uphill - and are being held back by the pathetic way the club is run off the pitch - again in my opinion.

Signed up, got me ST - more out of duty than anything. Expecting **** all, then I won't be too gutted come season's end.

    Rowing. Taylor. Out please.
