Possibly making more rehab places available will help some, but its also about what comes after that. Unfortunately many of the sentencing options available now aren't actually about what works but about funding and targets.
yeah, but certainly the susp sentence with comm conditions are a good move, sword hanging avove during rehab, quite effective. resid rehab, by far is most successful, removal from peers.

never, indictments count on the page count dont they, also, did you know, original interview transcript is counted, alongside the editted version as relied upon as an exhibit, therefore if i 100 page interview is eddited by 1 page, then the count is 199. great! viper booklets are my fave. you at sheff?

thats why we have law clerks. im not a sheff, but years and yeas ago i used to be an usher there. is QC shiney yellow bags still resident there?
