I think that many will follow suit. This year is going to be critical with the Government pushing ahead with the NOMS Bill.

 

Nice try - you can count them all you like, but you'll only get paid for the edited ones unless you supply good reasons why the full ones were submitted. Believe it or not I've just returned one today to a Counsel!! Grads say that only what's in the committal bundle gets paid - anything outside it doesn't count as pages of evidence. Christ, I need a drink - work at this time!

nope. the rules are clear im afraid. you get paid original plus the finally relied upon version.

I wasn't sure myself as I couldn't find anything specific, so I rang the National Taxing Team in Donny. The full transcripts weren't served as additional evidence, nor were they in the committal bundle. Taxing Team Guidance clearly says in those circumstances they shouldn't be counted - some Taxing Master's decision, I think he said.
