    I was wary of this signing - you never know if players over 30 are willing to knuckle down to earn a crust or just just want to roll up for one last payday. The last thing I'd want is to see us give him a contract just to see him and his wife Victoria sponge off the club for a couple of years.

    I'm not too fussed over this, he probably would've been decent at this level but he's older than 30 and is probably demanding a lot more than what we should be offering him so yeah let him stay at Coventry on whatever wages he's on there.
