    That's simple. Strengthen the team, rather than weaken it. That way, the manager won't get pissed off in the summer and think about leaving. The clowns.

    I have supported Barnsley 55 years
    I have seen the good the bad and the ugly
    I have never seen as big a ******* shambles as to what is now called BFC
    We could be called the Immigrant reds

    The owners should have kept our better player's until January and given us a bit of continuity from last season and a more realistic chance of staying up.
    We could have gone for Warnock as manager and let him have January to sign a few experienced pros.
    Instead we gambled again with Struber and again with our January signings.
    This season has been **** up after **** up by our owners which does make you question how serious they are about being in the championship.

    Sacking him for talking to another club
    Nearly every manager has talked to other clubs
    If a club approaches him he has to listen what they want
    And he did not approach them
    No big deal unless these owners wanted him out for saying he wanted some ******* championship players in come january
