    What you mean post full incident? They're images from a cctv that will have been captured in the station.

    The appeal from the Transport Police doesn't mention they were Barnsley fans traveling to the Bradford match. It's the Tabloid Daily Mirror that's published that.

    so id like to know who said they were reds fans then ,i know they are, but someone told the mirror they are , the transport police just said football supporters and not reds fans ..

    They're not asking for witnesses though, so if they don't need witnesses surely they know who's done it, but how ? Have they got CCTV of the incident or are they taking the woman's word for it ? If so as the woman picked out who did it, or who was there at the time, these are the things I'd need to know before I start picking people out, if you want my help identifying people give me all the information you have on the incident not not just 8 still and a brief description of what allegedly happened.

    So you want a trial with proof and things before 'the plod' are allowed to talk to the accused? Cuckoo

    Here's how it works nightmare. The police have reasonable suspicion so they talk to the people involved. They THEN investigate and demonstrate proof. They can't talk to them if people like you are protecting them. But then its only a bit of racism right?

    Far be it from me to defend knobheads and hoolies but the way Staffs police went about pursuing Barnsley fans after the Port Vale game has led to one lad I know getting a banning order and other restrictions on movements and liberties without being convicted of anything. He was in the wrong place at the wrong time, got photographed and that was that.

    2nd class citizens.

    My judgment is that a group of ******* racist bellends have dragged our name through the gutter. It was all over social media last night, "Barnsley inbreds.. scummy basterd club" etc. And this happened on a day where 56 reds fans were doing something positive in the name of our club. So I'm sorry if I'm not defending em, whoever they are.

    Why would they? He didn't hear or see anything, he doesn't recognise anyone from the photos.

    Don't forget a train is a big thing. Someone can shop lift in debenhams and I wouldnt be able to help the police if I was at meadowhall when it happened but was in house of Frazer at the time

    Yeah I saw that. I just don't understand what they hope to gain from it. I think it was just a typical badly written statement that is just lazy and easier to write then tell pads of people they are no use to them than to actually write a longer statement explaining in more detail who they really want to talk to

    8 months it's taken so far, and now they've decided to try them all at the same time so people who did very little or nothing at all will be convicted because of what others have done it stinks, and now they're wanting people to grass again, well not me not without knowing it's not another fishing expedition like Staffordshire plod have been on.
