Bit dangerous replacing kitching a experienced defender with a lad who looked really good when he came on and we were 6 nil up but he has come from ponty colliers a big gap to jump. Not writing him off btw i just think it's a big ask fair play if he proves me wrong.
I wasn’t particularly suggesting that’s what I’d want them to do. It’s just what I expect them to do.
You are wrong. I live in the village where that pub is. I know the management of that pub. Please think on when posting potentially libellous comments.
Kitchen rumour sinks to new low. BFC management hopes to pour cold water on this recent rumour whilst tapping a rich vein of hot form. If he goes, hopefully we can plug the gap.
I’ve deleted it. What was I wrong about? I posted what the pub owner / whoever runs the Facebook page had posted.
Exactly we have moved from signing proven league players in league 1/2 to now looking at players who are untested in league football. Some gambles will come off but not so many at the same time (although happy to be proven wrong of course)
I’ll be honest. 12 month, maybe even 6 months ago if you told me we had received a bid of 2.5 million for Kitching I would’ve snapped your hand off. Fast forward to now, I’d be fuming at the club if they sold him for that. He’s worth another million on that for me now. Isn’t it amazing how different things can change in the space of about 20 games in football.
Dike, Brittain, Connell, Morris, Sollbauer, Bobby Thomas. Good question, but there’s been a few hasn’t there, although someone would always say someone is useless. That’s why we love the game for the difference of opinions.
Ok here's another ignorant and slanderous rumour... Ive heard that Liam does NOT do fitted kitchens, and that is not how you spell his surname. Controversial yes, but somebody had to say/post it!.
Not sure why phased payments would matter. I’m especially unsure why fans would care if it’s phased payments or not.
I'd imagine most of the players from last season will think they put themselves in the shop window and instructed their agents to keep their noses to the ground' we have to accept that when players and coaches come here we're merely a stepping stone as far as they're concerned' yes in the initial ifollow interviews they say all the right things and kiss the badge after scoring etc but they're always looking for bigger and better things' if a player requests to leave let them leave at the best price possible..
IIRC Solbauer debuted at Charlton away and it was genuinely one of the worst performances I’ve ever seen. How he didn’t get sent off that day I will never know. He was fantastic after that so was probably just a nervy debut and shows we shouldn’t judge players too quickly.
