You could argue that we've got replacements already on the books. McCarthy or Cavare should be competing for the right side and Fryers and Pearson for the left. We need to get a settled defence together though - until we do we will continue to ship goals.

I’m not saying that Cavare isn’t a good player and if fit he would certainly be an option but I’m worried by his injury record, particularly if he’s the only player challenging and providing cover for McCarthy.

The jury is still out on Fryers, he looks good in patches but like McCarthy he’s very raw and in order to get the best out of him I think he needs to be pushed by someone more like Yiadom as opposed to Pearson who clearly isn’t a natural full back, not for the want of trying, mind.

Get him gone. How much did we pay for him? Nowt.

£2M - £3M would be great. Get him gone and out of the door, He's *****.

classic example. he's obviously not $hite. if he was, he wouldn't have PL teams after him. he clearly just doesn't want to be here, and i see absolutely no point trying to keep hold of him. his performances for us will probably continue to go downhill, and his value with it. what's the alternative?

yet again though, zero recognition of that from some quarters. just another veiled attack on the owner, but apparently no credit or mention whatsoever, for plucking a non-league player out of nowhere and converting him into a Premier League target.
